About Us

Riverway to the Sea

Riverway to the Sea is a new organisation dedicated to advancing legal education, international accountability and strategic advocacy in response to systemic violations of domestic and international law, particularly in the context of the liberation of Palestine from Zionism.

Our Mission

We examine and interrogate the problems posed internationally by Zionism, β€˜Israel’ and its imperial backers in the US, the British Empire and other imperialist states. Our current focus is on Britain, Ireland, Germany, France, the United States and Palestine. We engage in a problem-posing dialogue with people and organisations engaged in the most militant and effective forms of anti-Zionist struggle. Through that dialogue, we facilitate accessible education, organise cultural activities, and bring strategic legal action in and beyond the court. All of our activity is premised on two central strategic principles. Firstly, that the best defence is almost always a good offence. Secondly, that legal tactics must always be subordinate to a prior political strategy. In short: we fight Zionism.
